So,
I've been tasked with a challenge to transform the practice of instructional design.
How?........ I don't know.
With what?
Well, it’s got to endorse the application of networked and global learning principles (NGL) to my profession, as a means of transforming the way instructional design is currently constructed, so that the outcomes and learning it facilitates are enhanced in some way.
Um.....I have no idea where to start.
So, please join me as I share my ideas. Help me craft a theory for the future of instruction that can be both a work in practice and a continual development. Abuse it, call out its inconsistencies, hypocrisies and failures. Seduce its supple frame and talk dirty to its inner demons. Augment its desire to experiment. Stroke its soft, fragile foundations and massage out any resistance it holds. Then, flaunt it as a trophy to your connections in the hope it will be embraced by the masses.
Together, we can make it a star!
