Murra suggested showing a ‘best practice’ result and compare it to the work of some competitors. I liked this. A lot. However, by purchasing our company they’re already better than their competitors, so all they see is the green….
And Rebecca….well, Rebecca reposted a thought that unwittingly caused me deeper consideration of another topic, though one that suggests cheesemakers (or all purveyors of dairy) could benefit from working closely with instructional designers in the first place. For the record Bec, yes. It’s a great idea.
1. Waiting until our courses are published
2. Highlighting all the errors that exist, which I pointed out before development
3. Comparing the modules to those which competitors have produced
4. Then, suggesting that their writers and me, as an ID should work together to develop content
Ladies….let’s see if our powers combined can change this world!
